If you've been here before, you may have noticed I've changed the design of the site around a bit to get rid of the frames (permanently) and the Flash (never to return). The layout is simpler now, and the code is a lot cleaner. And it now features even more shades of red! But you don't care about that. By the way, don't get attached to this layout since it'll likely be changing soon anyway.
Progress continues on my Opposing Force pack. Slowly, but surely. You may have noticed the new menu entry above. The episode is now titled Prelude in B Major. Previews soon. And by "soon" I of course mean "someday."
Unfortunately I have nothing tangible to show the public for my recent work on the Opposing Force map set mentioned below. In the meantime, I will leave you with this tidbit: the pack will be a prequel to my last release, Radix.
I feel like I should leave you with something more, so here's an old image I dug up from the depths of my hard drive. See if you recognize it.
Well, it's been quite a few months since I've done any serious mapping, but the urge is definitely returning. Unfortunately I'll be tied up in the immediate future with travel and other distractions. But I have started work on a new single player map set, this time for Opposing Force. That's all the information I am prepared to release at the moment, but look for more info soon.
Welcome to unquenque.com, a rather pathetic little site basically intended to just be a place I can distribute my Half-Life maps and screw around with various web design techniques and tools. Now with extra-pretentious section names!
I have spent too many hours laboring on this mundane site. And yes, I do enjoy looking at shades of red, why do you ask?
Whether I keep the frames, and the Flash buttons, and the spectacular color scheme depend partly on my free time and partly on feedback from visitors. (Well, let's pretend I actually care about what visitors say.) Feel free to post any comments or suggestions or unrelated crap on the forum.
